ValueQuest Growth – Investment Approach (Investment Approach)) is an aggregation of Client portfolios that are managed by ValueQuest Investment Advisers Private Limited (ValueQuest) on a discretionary basis using the VQ Growth strategy. The performance of each client portfolio may vary from that of other clients and that generated by VQ Growth across all Clients because of: 1) the timing of inflows and outflows of funds; 2) differences in the portfolio composition because of restrictions and other constraints; 3) difference in fees and expenses charged to each of the client accounts and other constraints. Note: (i) Returns above 1 year are annualised. (ii) Returns are net of fees and expenses assuming reinvestment of all dividend and other earnings.  (iii) The above returns are calculated using Time Weighted rate of return (TWRR). While computing returns of VQ Growth Investment Approach under which the Client account is managed, investments of all clients falling under said Investment Approach during the relevant period were taken into consideration. (iv) All investments including cash and cash equivalents are considered for calculation of returns. Client has an option for direct onboarding without intermediation of person engaged in distribution services.
